In this video, I take a look at the newly released Halo Protectors for Quest 2. These silicone covers keep your Touch Controllers safe from knocks, scratches and drops. As you can see in the video, they are super easy to install and installation takes just seconds to apply them to the ring sensors of your controller.
It’s design features precise cutouts around the controller and its ring sensors. It attaches really well around the sensor ring and trigger finger, and thanks to its firm silicone material, the cover has stayed firmly on my controllers without any slippage in the weeks I have been using them.
Should the covers get marked from contact with any surfaces, they can just has easily be removed, washed and reinstalled, no problem. They retail for just $15 or €15 from , which is a small price to pay for what is a must-have addition to your Quest 2 accessories, that will keep your controllers protected from any accidental contact with surfaces or the occasional minor drop on a solid surface.
