Enjoy my VR Cover Foam Replacement Set for Oculus Quest 2 review. You can buy this foam set for $19 or €19 from VR Cover directly here → http://bit.ly/VRCFoamPads.
We have covered a number of facial interfaces for the Oculus Quest 2 including VR Cover. Most of these facial interfaces usually come with two foam pads of different thicknesses in the packaging, but if you want just the pads alone, your options are fairly limited.
VR Cover has recently released these foam replacement sets. For now, you can only buy the Dark Blue edition. There currently isn’t a Black or White version that comes with their facial interface kits.
In the packaging, you get the Standard and Thick sizes of foam pads. They are both identical in their shape, so its mainly the thickness that you will have to choose from for the best comfort option for you.
Personally, I am not a fan of the thicker foam pad, so we show you the standard foam pad on our Dark Grey facial interface kit from VR Cover. It fits reasonably well. There is a bit of overspill of material on the edges of your facial interface, but otherwise, they are just the same as the Black and White foam pads that are sold only with their facial interface kits.
If you are wishing to change the colour of your foam padding on your VR Cover interface, or if you have another interface from another maker, and you are looking to replace its foam pad with a more premium option, then this foam pad from VR Cover will definitely make a more luxurious improvement.
The material is made from PU Leather, so it is easily wipeable in case it gets sweaty. VR Cover also does a blue interface kit, should you wish to go fully blue with your accessories.
